What we collect
We collect only what you give us. When you send a message through the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you enter, together with the time of sending. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address a request came from, for security and diagnostics.
Why we use it
We use your details to read and answer your message, to contact you about the application when you have asked us to, and to keep the site working and protected. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the providers that host the site and deliver email on our behalf, and only so far as needed to run them, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Server logs are kept for a short period and then removed.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to the way we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within a reasonable time.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookie used is strictly necessary for the site to work or to protect the contact form from abuse.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted connections, and we limit access to messages to the people who need it. No system is perfect, so please do not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive data through the form.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
